Vendors are invited to apply to participate in the Celebrating Mothers Luncheon, hosted by The Friends of Chippewa Park in partnership with the Dew Drop Inn, to showcase and sell their products. Each table offers a dedicated space to display items, engage with attendees, and promote your organization or business. The luncheon will host 120 people per seating across two seatings, providing vendors with an excellent opportunity to connect with a targeted audience and make a lasting impression at the event.

Timeline:

• Event Date & Time: 31st May, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM

• Setup: Vendors may start setting up anytime before 10:30 AM, but all displays must be fully ready by 10:30 AM.

• Take-down: Vendors must not leave before 4:00 PM. If items are sold out, a “Sold Out” sign should be displayed, but the vendor must remain at their table until the end of the event.

• Seatings: The luncheon will be held in two seatings, giving vendors the opportunity to restock or refresh their displays between seatings.

• Vendors are responsible for providing their own display area, including table coverings, signage, racks, or any other materials needed.

• Access to electricity can be provided if needed (vendors should indicate this in their application).

• Vendors are expected to maintain a professional and welcoming presentation throughout the event.

• The table rental fee is $25 per table.

• Payment will be requested only after vendor applications are reviewed and approved, ensuring a balanced selection of products for the event.

• Vendors will receive a personalised payment link or invoice via email.

• Once payment is received, vendors will get a confirmation with final instructions and guidelines for the event.
