Every 50/50 draw ticket you purchase gives you the opportunity to win as much as $5,000. Obviously, like every other 50/50 draw, the final prize will depend on the number of tickets sold.

EXCITING EN PLEIN AIR WORKSHOP
Enjoy the wonderful experience of painting outdoors at beautiful Chippewa Park.
Course Instructor, Biljana Baker will inspire you to embrace the landscape in the medium of water colour. An experienced en plein air painter, Bijana will instruct in the techniques of painting outdoors. She will help you capture the beauty of the landscape by exploring the unique considerations outdoor painting requires. She will teach its essential elements including light, colour, composition, atmosphere and perspective. Every artist will paint one landscape per day and receive individual support from Biljana. The day will end with a group session enjoyed with appetizers and open discussion.
Set in the majesty of historic Chippewa Park – experience its natural beauty, stunning scenery, wildlife, rare heritage features and walking trails. Experience the calm.
Biljana Baker
Biljana is a full-time watercolour artist who resides in Thunder Bay, Ontario. The softness and spontaneity of watercolours are the motivating factors in her unique presentation. Innovative mat carving also adds another dimension to her work. Biljana has studied with many prominent artists in Canada, USA and Europe which has led to a career teaching watercolours in Thunder Bay at Confederation College, the 55plus Centre, and Learning Through the Arts and CAHAP programs.

Fee: $200 per person.
Includes instruction afternoon snacks. The fee is non-refundable.
Location: Chippewa Park Pavilion and grounds
From Highway 61 take Chippewa Road then City Road
What to bring: lunch, beverage of your choice, lawn chair, camera and art supplies (bring all your paints, brushes, paper, masking tape, water container, paper towel and a sketch book.) Also, hat, long sleeves and pants, sun screen, bug spray etc. for your personal use.
We will provide stiff boards for painting.
Accommodation: (it is not a requirement to stay at Chippewa Park—only an option for those who wish to or are from out of town). Please note that showers and toilet facilities are in community buildings.
Chippewa Cabins: Daily Rental: $126.92 (includes HST & Municipal Accommodation Tax) – sleeps 4 in two queen sized beds. 2 single cots available on request.
RV Electrical & Water Service: $52.55 RV Electrical Service: $44.64 Tent Only Site (no service): $38.42 . All RV & Tent prices include HST.
