Food vendors are invited to participate in the 60’s & 70’s Dance for Elders hosted by The Friends of Chippewa Park Each table provides space to sell and display food items and interact with attendees. This is a great opportunity to share your products with the community in a fun, themed environment.

Timeline:

• • Event Date & Time: April 3, 2026

  • Vendor setup: Vendors may arrive before 6:00 PM to set up. Tables must be ready by 6:00 PM when the event starts.

  • Vendors may leave once all food is sold, but are asked to display a “Sold Out” sign if leaving early.

• Each vendor table comes with a table and chairs.

• Vendors should bring any additional display materials, coverings, or signage needed.

• Electrical access is available upon request.

• Vendors are expected to maintain a tidy and welcoming display while on site.

• Table rental fee: TBD per table.

• Payment is requested only after vendor applications are approved.

• Approved vendors will receive a personalized payment link or invoice via email.

• Once payment is received, vendors will get a confirmation with final instructions and guidelines for the event.
