Thanks for your interest in booking a table for the 60’s and 70’s dance. We ask that the group organizer use their email address as the name of the group of 10 that will be sitting at the same table. Once the group organizer has completed the form below the individual members (or couples) are to be asked to go to www.chippewapark.ca and fill in the required information along with their credit card information.
